Text: Psalm 112:6-8
(the man that trust in the Lord)
Such a man will not be overthrown by evil circumstances.
God’s constant care of him will make a deep impression on all who see it. He does not fear bad news, nor live in dread of what may happen. For he is settled in his mind that Jehovah will take care of him.
That is why he is not afraid but can calmly face his foes.
In life and in fulfilling your destiny, a character you must develop is focus.
You need to learn to not be carried away with your past victories or even mistakes or what people even say or think about you(appreciate or criticise).
NEVER allow these things weigh you down because they may make you loose focus on
God’s will for you.
– Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we’re in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed–that exhilarating finish in and with God–he could put up with anything along the way: cross, shame, whatever. And now he’s there, in the place of honor, right alongside God. [Heb.12.2 MSB]
